For square pillow covers, we recommend an insert 1-2" larger than the cover for a full look. For example: a 20x20 cover would look best with a 22x22 insert.
Lumbar pillows are sized slightly different, so we recommend an insert that is the same size as the cover.
Mud Cloth, traditionally known as Bogolanfini, is an African textile sourced from Mali. Bogolanfini is a handmade Malian cotton fabric and is dyed with fermented mud and plant dyes. In the Bambara language, spoken in Mali, the word Bogolanfini is a composition of three words: bogo, meaning “earth” or “mud,” lan, meaning “with” and fini, meaning “cloth.”
The word is translated as “mud cloth.”
Each piece of mud cloth is 100% cotton and is completely handmade.
Traditionally created by men - cotton thread is weaved together on a hand-held loom. Next, those narrow cotton strips are sewed together into a large rectangular cloth. The cloth is then dyed in baths of leaves and branches of tress and is sun-dried.
Once dry, traditionally the women paint the patterns with mud that has been collected from ponds during the previous seasons and left to ferment. After partially drying, it is washed to remove excess mud. The mud cloth is left to dry in the sun for about a week - the final step in completion.
Mud cloth can have looser knits and be more dense than commercial fabrics.

You may exchange or return any product for a refund or store credit within 14 days of having received it. Once initiating a return you have 7 days to ship it. To be clear, you have 14 days after receiving the product to initiate a return and 7 days after it's initiated to get it out the door. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your total refund.

Click the link in either your shipping or delivery confirmation emails to get started. Once you send an item back, it will reach us typically within 3-7 business days, if sent within the domestic US. Up to 7 business days are required for us to process an exchange/return once receiving your item(s).
If you're exchanging an item, as soon as you complete your exchange request and obtain your return shipping label, you'll receive an order confirmation for your new replacement order. That order will ship within 1-2 business days. You won't have to wait until we receive your return for your exchange to ship out!

If an exchange has been granted, you will be charged if your return item does not meet the aforementioned standards.

3) Complete the return steps and select the new item(s) you'd like to receive as a replacement (you'll receive an order confirmation email for your replacement order).
4) Obtain your return shipping label. Read the instructions given when completing the return steps. It'll tell you what you'll need to know to send your item back!
5) Hang tight while your item makes its way back to our returns department. Once it does, your replacement order will immediately ship out.

Most of our products are sewn in house and require some time to create. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to fulfill an order and issue a tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number via email, you should expect your package within 2-4 business days.
If you'd like to make changes to or cancel an existing order, please request it HERE within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that we cannot guarantee to make changes or cancel an order as we try to ship the product(s) in a timely manner.
