    PRODUCTS

    Do you offer fabric swatches and/or samples?

    Yes! You can see all of the swatches we have available HERE. Please note that we cannot guarantee dye color due to the handmade nature of some of the fabrics. Each swatch is approximately 6" X 6".

    Is the pillow insert included?

    Pillow inserts are not included. The listings are for the pillow covers only.

    What size insert should I purchase for my pillow cover?

    For square pillow covers, we recommend an insert 1-2" larger than the cover for a full look. For example: a 20x20 cover would look best with a 22x22 insert.Lumbar pillows are sized slightly different, so we recommend an insert that is the same size as the cover.

    Do you offer a trade program?

    SHIPPING/ORDER STATUS

    How long will my order take to ship?

    Most of our products are sewn in house and require some time to create. While we make every effort to ship in a timely manner, please allow up to 7 business days for us to fulfill an order and issue a tracking number. Changes to an estimated shipping time frame attributed to a delay in production may occur and are subject to change.

    Production for pillow inserts takes more time due to the process to make the forms. Please allow up to 10-12 business days for us to fulfill an insert order and issue a tracking number. If other items were ordered with pillow inserts, those items typically will ship together with the inserts once production has finished.

    Once you receive your tracking number via email, you should expect your package within 2-5 business days.

    Can I make changes to or cancel an existing order?

    If you'd like to make changes to or cancel an existing order, please request it CONTACT US within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that we cannot guarantee to make changes or cancel an order due to the production process.

    How do I track my order?

    Tracking is sent in your shipping confirmation email. Just click that link and you'll be taken to the carrier website. Please allow 24 hours from the time we send your shipping confirmation email for tracking to begin updating on the carrier website.

    You can also log into your COLIN AND FINN account through our website and check the status of your order there.

    How much does shipping cost?

    We provide free domestic standard shipping on our pillow covers.

    All pillow inserts are excluded from free shipping due to size and weight restrictions. Shipping rates for pillow inserts are calculated based on carrier rates. This rate does not reduce the processing time required for your order.

    For International orders, rates are exclusive of taxes, duties, and customs fees. These latter incurred fees are the customer's responsibility.

    RETURNS/EXCHANGES

    What is your return policy?

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery. You have 14 days after receiving your product(s) to initiate a return and 7 days after it's initiated to ship it to be eligible for a return.

    As long as the item is unwashed, and in original condition, we offer free returns for store credit. All handling fees will be refunded to your store credit amount after your return is approved.

    For returns to the original form of payment, a handling fee of $15.00 will apply to all orders under $300. For orders $300 and over being returned, an additional restocking fee of $20.00 will be deducted from the total refund amount, for a total of $35.00 in fees.

    PLEASE NOTE:This additional restocking fee is applied to orders where the return amount is $300 and over. If your return amount is under the $300, your fee will be adjusted to the $15.00 handling fee prior to your return being processed.

    Pillow Inserts, Gift Cards, and items marked Last Chance or Final Sale are non-returnable.

    BULK ORDERS/LARGE ORDERS: Due to the time and resources required for our production process, orders of 10 pillow covers or more are eligible for store credit only. Multiple or consecutive orders placed within a 14 day timeframe will be subject to this return policy. We recommend ordering swatches prior to larger purchases to help in the decision making process.

    What is your exchange policy?

    We are not currently set up to do exchanges. The best method if you would like to exchange, is to please START A RETURN and choose store credit to avoid handling fees. As long as the item is unwashed, and in original condition, we offer free returns for store credit.

    Pillow Inserts, Gift Cards, and items marked Last Chance or Final Sale are non-returnable and do not qualify for an exchange.

    How do I make a return?

    To start the Return process, visit our RETURNS PORTAL. You'll need your order number and the zip code from your shipping address, which can be found in your order confirmation email. After you initiate your return, you will receive a prepaid shipping label.

    Once your return is approved and sent back to us, it will reach us within 3-7 business days, if sent within the domestic US. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process a return once receiving your item(s). You will be notified once your return has been processed.

    PLEASE NOTE: Only item(s) in their original condition will be eligible for a return or exchange.

    If you returned for store credit and your returned item is not in original condition, you will be charged for the original price paid.

    When will I receive my refund?

    Please allow up to 10 business days after your return is delivered to us for your refund to process. We will send an email notification once the item(s) have been received and the refund has been initiated. From this date, the refund amount will appear back in the original account within three to five business days.

    • If you return your item(s) outside of our return policy, we reserve the right to refuse your return.
