If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery. You have 14 days after receiving the product(s) to initiate a return and 7 days after it's initiated to ship it to be eligible for a return.
As long as the item is unwashed, and in original condition, we offer free returns for store credit. All handling fees will be refunded to your store credit amount after your return is approved.
For returns to the original form of payment, a handling fee of $15.00 will apply to all orders under $300. For orders $300 and over being returned, an additional restocking fee of $20.00 will be deducted from the total refund amount, for a total of $35.00 in fees.
PLEASE NOTE: This additional fee is applied to orders where the return amount is $300 and over. If your return amount is under the $300, your fee will be adjusted to the $15.00 handling fee prior to your return being processed.
BULK ORDERS/LARGE ORDERS:
Due to the time and resources required for our production process, orders of 10 pillow covers or more are eligible for store credit only. Multiple or consecutive orders placed within a 14 day timeframe will be subject to this return policy. We recommend ordering swatches prior to larger purchases to help in the decision making process.

Pillow Inserts, Gift Cards, and items marked Last Chance or Final Sale are non-returnable.
Only items in their original condition are eligible for return.
